  1. “Excessive workloads”. It can only be mentioned if you can convincingly prove that the burden was really too heavy.
  2. Conflicts with colleagues. No one wants to get an employee who cannot find common ground with the team.
  3. Conflicts with management. Same. In the best case, a complete analysis of the conflict situation will take place, down to the smallest details. At worst, you will be immediately shown the door. Especially if conflict situations have caused the change of not one job, but two, three or more.
  4. “Due to the reduction, due to the end of the probationary period, due to the crisis.” All three explanations betray you as a bad specialist, even if this is far from the case. The employer initially assumes that you were thrown off, like ballast, at the first opportunity. And it is not a fact that there will be an opportunity to explain.
  5. “Salary in envelopes”. Needless to say, the company you worked for before is tax evasion. The employer will immediately start thinking about what you can tell when you leave his company.
  6. “I have not worked in one place for more than 2-3 years.” Few people need an employee who is ready at any time for no reason to jump off the spot and go to competitors.
  7. “Irregular working hours, poor working conditions.” The company needs workers who are ready to work hard. Ideally, 24 hours a day.
